All products sold by Pink Peptides are intended strictly for legitimate laboratory and research use only. They are not approved by the FDA and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease or condition. Products are sold in lyophilized (powder) form and require reconstitution with a suitable diluent for research purposes only. No dosing instructions, reconstitution guidance for non-research purposes, or medical advice is provided.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT
Pink Peptides sells only to individuals 21 years of age or older. By completing checkout, you affirm your age and the accuracy of all information provided. We may require government-issued identification or an adult signature upon delivery. If we discover that a minor has placed or received an order, the order may be canceled and products recalled.
3. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY & COMPLIANCE
You will handle, store, and dispose of all materials in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws regarding possession, import, and use of any substances ordered. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to violate federal, state, or local law.
4. PROHIBITED USES
Products purchased from Pink Peptides shall NOT be:

- Used as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications
- Marketed, resold, or distributed for any non-research purpose
- Used for the development, testing, or production of illegal substances
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and cooperation with regulatory or law-enforcement authorities.
5. FDA DISCLAIMER
Pink Peptides does not market or label products for ingestion or medical use. 6. QUALIFIED RESEARCHERS
All products will be handled only by qualified and properly trained professionals. 7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, all sales are final, except in cases of verified defects or order errors attributable to Pink Peptides. Requests must be made within seven (7) days of delivery. Returned goods must remain sealed and unaltered.
8. PAYMENT & CHARGEBACKS
Unwarranted chargebacks may be treated as fraud. By ordering, you authorize us to share relevant transaction data with payment processors and, where necessary, law enforcement. Abuse of chargeback systems may result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We may require “Adult Signature Required” delivery or additional verification. Failure to provide proof of age at delivery may void refund eligibility and result in reshipment fees. Shipping delays caused by carriers or regulatory holds are beyond our control. Once a package leaves our facility, liability transfers to the carrier and customer.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Pink Peptides, and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the products purchased, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party or any applicable law.
